an mp3 player that reads your files.
point it at your storage and it plays the mp3s you collected — albums, rips, downloads and the mixes that never made it online.

your library is rarely all mp3: kleos music also plays flac, wav, m4a, aac and ogg, so you do not need a second app for the lossless rips and the voice memos.
with the extras a bare player skips.
lyrics that scroll, the real album art, folder browsing and search that forgives a typo — the things a plain mp3 player leaves out.
offline, free and quiet.
no streaming catalogue and no account: it is an mp3 player for the files you own, free on google play, with no ads.
