these terms apply to kleosvic.com and all kleos apps. by using them, you agree to these terms. if you don't, don't use them.
what we offer
kleosvic makes free apps for android. there are no payments, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. the apps work as described on their respective pages.
no warranties
the apps are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. we do not guarantee they will work perfectly on every device, every time. we do our best, but we are a small studio and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, kleosvic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. since the apps are free, our total liability to you is zero.
your data
we collect minimal data. what we do collect is explained in our privacy policy. by using the apps, you also agree to the privacy policy.
intellectual property
the apps, their code, and their design are owned by kleosvic. you may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. the apps are open-source where indicated — see the license in each repository.
acceptable use
use the apps for what they are made for. do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or harm the apps or other users. we reserve the right to restrict access if necessary.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time. if we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the site. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of spain. disputes shall be resolved in the courts of barcelona, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
your rights (eu)
if you are in the european union, you have the right to withdraw from any agreement within 14 days of accepting these terms. since the apps are free and there is no purchase, withdrawal is not applicable. you also have rights under the gdpr, explained in our privacy policy. if you have a complaint, you may contact the spanish data protection authority (aepd) or your local supervisory authority.
